Clean up debian packaging stuff #5

Right now the build instructions make a package called python-torbrowser-launcher, but I want to figure out how to make it just called torbrowser-launcher.

Also, add the right dependencies. Definitely python-gtk2, and likely also tor.

Here are some dependencies: python-gtk2, tor, tar, gnupg

Likely we won't need the tar dependency because of #14. Other dependencies we will need though: python-twisted and python-twisted-web

There are clues to how to add debian dependencies here: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/stdeb, search for stdeb.cfg.
