It is a Mono application written in C#. Being still an initial release, must be considered alpha software and handled with care. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! The aim of PixClip is to integrate as seamlessly as possible with the OS to allow users to easily capture clips to file or to the clipboard. Check out the Windows version and features at: http://www.pixclip.net This version of PixClip is aimed to be Gnome Desktop compliant, although integration with the K Desktop Environment is also intended. Features: * Select clips from screen; * Capture entire screen; * Puts image on clipboard (allows to paste on OpenOffice, GIMP, etc.); * Save clip as jpeg. Todo: * Options form; * Timed capture; * Shortcut keys; * And everything else... Instructions ============ Compiling: Simply do "sh build.sh" to compile PixClip. You can also use MonoDevelop 2.0 or something that can read its csproj files. Basic Mono install with Gtk# should work. Installing: No install package or script is available yet.
