This PR turns the SHARP display and i2c_puppet drivers into
separate feature flags instead of having a "beepy" feature. Also,
I've changed the initialization code so that not having an ack from
i2c_puppet no longer makes the kernel instapanic. Eventually I should
probably add retries there.
