I was looking for a way to check if we could find if the library is installed or not but no way.
BTW, could you also add Arch Linux as a distribution cause there is lots a people using it (I am ^^) :
pacman -S python python-pip (with venv)
For virtualenv:
pacman -S python-virtualenv
For Tkinter :
pacman -S tk
