Adicionado no evento que detcta se as cofigurações foram atualizadas, para atualizar também a Status Bar de ambientes e assim, caso o usuário tenha alterado o ambiente diretamente nas configurações, ou outra extensão manipulou esta configuração, o Status Bar continua integro.

Obrigado pelo Merge e aos agradecimentos @killerall . Tinha um grupo de amigos reclamando que esquecia de mexer na configuração de Multi-Thread e parava o ambiente. |

Criado StatusBar que mostra ao usuário se a configuração Multi-Thread está habilitada ou não, e ao clicar no status bar muda a configuração no Workspace.
