A custom question theme that inserts buttons for fine control of sliders in LimeSurvey 5.x
Implementation:

- Manual installation - Extract the download, upload the Slider-With-Controls folder to /pathToLimeSurvey/upload/themes/question/ and install it via the theme manager.
- Theme manager - Extract the download, compress (zip) the Slider-With-Controls folder and import via the theme manager.

Create a multiple-numeric question, click Save.

Set the question setting "Question type" to "Slider-With-Controls", click Save.

In the question settings "Custom theme options", enter your settings to adjust the button text and behaviour, click Save.

Create sub-questions as required.

The styles for the theme can be modified in /pathToLimeSurvey/upload/themes/question/Slider-With-Controls/survey/questions/answer/multiplenumeric/assets/css/controlSliders.css.
