travis: update tcti options for abrmd

abrmd has a new dynamic tcti option, update travis to use
it.

Note: --disable-dlclose works around these bugs:
  - tpm2-software/tpm2-abrmd#323
  - 1305825#diff-9a57bc4e2757e72fe020a15ac7775dfa
