ORF Mediathek Downloader written in PHP.
orf_dl is a console application.
PHP and PHP curl module.
Optional: ffmpeg.
FFmpeg is required if you want the tool to convert your downloaded
videos into an mp4-container without re-encoding.

Run the orf_dl batch file. You will be prompted for a URL.
Other OSs:
