the data provides information about the services that each customer has signed up for – phone, multiple lines, internet, online security, online backup, device protection, tech support, and streaming TV and movies. it includes customer account information such as how long they’ve been a customer, contract, payment method, paperless billing, monthly charges, and total charges. Demographic informations about customers – gender, age range, dependents are also provided
The classification is done by using Artificial Neural Network.At first the data has been preprocessed and then Keras has been used. Accuracy of the model is initially 82.87%.
