"privileged_programs" variable appears to do nothing? #671

In roles/security/tasks/main.yml, the step "Collect Use of privileged commands" generates a few strings and stores them into variable "privileged_programs". However, I can find no other references to this variable.

What is "privileged_programs" supposed to be doing?

Maybe dead code. Happy to accept a PR.
