Hello,
this PR contains touches I use for packaging onesixtyone for Fedora. I hope it will be usefull for other distributions as well.
version - there was accidentaly 0.3.3 remaining in the 0.3.4 release
manpage - adding man page based on the --help
make install - adding GNU compatible variables for the directory locations and its defaults so it might be override by the specific settings of the distribution when package is being rebuild.
