added a few interesting components

1st major release

1 creates a custom plugin to filter assets while WebpackHtmlPlugin gereating html files
2 fixed cross-platform bugs, now tested on Linux, Windows, and MacOS

before integrating handlebars block-helpers

now mpa supports:

1 multiple pages
2 handlebar templates
3 components based on handlebar templates and es6 import statement
