Currently a user may need to visit the permalinks admin page to flush the cache and force the new url structure to work. We should not require end users to take this step. We should flush the cache automatically when the Tx Live plugin settings are saved or something similar.

Added 2 rewrite calls on save when subdirectories are picked.
