Hi. I would like to contribute to this project but I am not sure if I have enough time to help maintaining the project.

Here's something we need to do IMO,

Publish the first FOSS version to Chrome Web Store
Roadmap (so someone like me can pick up a feature and work on a pull request)
Contributing guide (e.g. clone the repo with --depth 1)
Migrate to any modern front end framework (e.g. React, Vue, Angular)
