Time sliders only go to 22:50:50

For some weired reason the time sliders only go up to 22:50:50. When I change the css values:
.ui-timepicker-div dl dt { float: left; clear:left; padding: 0 0 0 5px; }
.ui-timepicker-div dl dd { margin: 0 10px 10px 45%; }
I get different values when I change the margin for example.
