list of tetsnet urls for trezor.io blockbook servers #4

I was looking for a complete list of URLs for testnet instances run below trezor.io.

I found https://testnet-bitcore1.trezor.io in a Reddit post, are their instances for the other currencies available on wallet.trezor.io (excluding the ones that direct to third-party wallets).

Sorry, blockbook is developed as backend for Trezor wallet only and will not support complete bitcore API. In addition to that, the implemented interfaces can change in future without notice. We discourage everybody from using it as general blockchain API.
