Adding support for Bitcoin Rhodium (https://www.bitcoinrh.org).

(This is similar to #284: It is now open source.)

There are a few things:

Source is on gitlab.com (https://gitlab.com/bitcoinrh/BRhodiumNode). I mentioned in a ticket about this: [req] Allow use of other git services #262. The validator will not run correctly otherwise.
There are blockbook servers, but I need to get access to SSL certificates from domain owner. I will want to get this done ASAP. Currently, there is an HTTP version: (http://blockbook1.bitcoinrh.org)
