Introduction

VOXCE™ is an integrated clinical trial framework encompassing the holistic life cycle of multicenter clinical trials providing a single view across one or more trials conducted using single or multiple systems, improving site start-up, reducing cost, increasing efficiency and providing better informed decisions.

VOXCE is based on a subscription model allowing different types of users to login to the same system, where each user can only see their own trial.

The system has complete roles and rights providing each user rights only to the data they need access to.

System Requirements

• Apache 7 +
• J2EE
• Mysql or Sql server or any other relational database.

To do

• Server configurations are setup within the database at "server_configurations"
• Every study must have one group called "Investigator" since every study/site must have one investigator
• Prior to setting up a study, the following must be created;

Step 1: Configuration

• Create Sponsor
• Create Group
• Create Users
• Assign User to a Group
• Create Sites
• Assign User to a Site

Step 2: Setup Study

• Create Study
• Map Site and Investigator to a Study
• Setup Visit Schedule
• Create Forms

Step 3: Enroll Patients

• Create Patients
