Customizable behavior for hiding the dots

Several users have requested individual customization of the dots, like this:

• Hide the dots in fullscreen mode.
• Always hide the dots.
• Only hide the dots while drawing.
• Smaller dots.

Fixed in version 2019.4.1, commit 4ff069e, where I have added "small dots" mode, as in older versions of TriangleDraw. These small dots have a fixed size and is unaffected by the zoom level.

There is still a "big dots" mode, that is affected by the zoom level.
