Well, good. This didn't require any changing of the gold standard, so I'm just going to merge. I'll push one more commit doing some cleanup to the testing first. |

This is mostly a test to see if the tests will fall back in line by refreshing the caches. I've also updated the python versions and removed tests related to the
legacybranch.
