Amazon MWS(Marketplace Web Service) Products Java Library - Version 2011-10-01.V269521071

The project is mavenised unofficial copy of Java library provided by Amazon for dealing with Amazon Marketplace Web Service API.

About this Library

Based on the 2011-10-01 API version. Refers only to the MWSProductsJavaClientLibrary-2011-10-01.zip file.

Prerequisites

  • Amazon Pro Merchant seller account or another Amazon account that makes you eligible to use Amazon Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS). For more information, see the Amazon MWS FAQ.

  • Registering for Amazon MWS. For more information see the Amazon MWS FAQ.

  • Java Platform Standard Edition 6.0 Development Kit (JDK 1.6.0_19) or newer. If your version of the JDK is older than 6.0, you must install the newer version. For more information, go to the Java SE Downloads page.

How to

Create this project from scratch

$ mvn archetype:create \
 -DarchetypeGroupId=org.apache.maven.archetypes \
 -DgroupId=com.github.trifonnt \
 -DartifactId=ext-lib-amazon-mws-products \
 -DpackageName=com.amazonservices.mws.products

Migrate to new version of Amazon MWS Products library

$ git clone https://github.com/trifonnt/ext-lib-amazon-mws-products.git

$ cd ext-lib-amazon-mws-products

$ mkdir orig-library

$ cd orig-library

$ wget https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/G/01/mwsportal/clientlib/Products/2011-10-01/MWSProductsJavaClientLibrary-2011-10-01._V269521071_.zip

$ unzip MWSProductsJavaClientLibrary-2011-10-01._V269521071_.zip


$ mv LICENSE.txt  ../

$ mkdir ../src/test/resources/
$ mkdir ../src/test/java/com/amazonservices/mws/products/mock/ -p
$ mv src/com/amazonservices/mws/products/mock/*.xml ../src/test/resources/
$ mv src/com/amazonservices/mws/products/mock/MarketplaceWebServiceProductsMock.java ../src/test/java/com/amazonservices/mws/products/mock/
$ rm -r src/com/amazonservices/mws/products/mock

$ mkdir ../src/test/java/com/amazonservices/mws/products/samples/
$ mv src/com/amazonservices/mws/products/samples/*.java ../src/test/java/com/amazonservices/mws/products/samples/
$ rm -r src/com/amazonservices/mws/products/samples

$ mkdir ../src/main/java/com/amazonservices/mws/products/model/
$ mv src/com/amazonservices/mws/products/*.java ../src/main/java/com/amazonservices/mws/products/
$ mv src/com/amazonservices/mws/products/model/*.java ../src/main/java/com/amazonservices/mws/products/model
$ rm -r src/com/amazonservices/mws/products/model


$ mvn clean install -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true

Publish new version to Bintray

Publishing releases using Github, Bintray and maven-release-plugin

Publishing Your Maven Project to Bintray

$ mvn clean install -Prelease -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true

$ mvn versions:set
$ mvn deploy

Publish new version to JitPack

  • Create new Release in GitHub

  • Open below URL in order to start JitPack build process
