…ndbugs jar was removed. The process of looking at the output from findbugs was never well established. For now favoring to remove functionality that was not directly related to the build pipeline while we transition to gradle.

Closing, already merged. Likely merging this into master, killing our release branch, then re-creating the release branch would have been more effective. Merging this to the releae branch to then merge it back to master under a different commit is not effecient. |

In SVN to GIT migration the findbugs jar was removed. This broke the ant build which wanted to include find bug dependencies (and potentially run findbugs).
