User personal data: display of a cross button to delete a user tag is incorrect

Description

Login and open your personal area page.
If click on a custom tag, the cross button to delete it continues to be displayed even if you move the cursor outside the tag. To make the tag delete button stop displaying, click in any area of the page outside the tag itself.

Expected result

The cross button for deleting a tag should appear when you hover the mouse over the tag and disappear when the mouse cursor is not hovering over the tag.
