Error on bundle install #2

After clone and I type bundle install I get the following error:

Errno::EPERM: Operation not permitted @ chmod_internal -
/Users/leetcat/.rbenv/versions/2.3.1/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/json-1.8.1/.gitignore
An error occurred while installing json (1.8.1), and Bundler cannot continue.
Make sure that `gem install json -v '1.8.1'` succeeds before bundling.

I am ruing mac os 10.11
Rails 5.0.0.1
ruby 2.3.1p112 (2016-04-26 revision 54768) [x86_64-darwin15]
