Custom title for approval Issue.

I suggest the ability to pass a full custom title. Right now it looks like this:

Manual approval required for workflow run 4348714510: {issue-title}

I would also like complete control over the title if possible and feel this would be a useful feature.

I think commenting out this line will do the work.
Your title will then be whatever string you assign to issue-title in your yml.

Agreed this would be helpful.
As it is, the title is so long that it wraps after two additional words added to issue-title.
When several workflows are triggered in quick succession, the notifications are nearly useless to "glance" at, requires increased cognitive load to remove the noise.
