- Update references describing construction and remove discussion of now-removed aliases. - Remove migration guides for Folktale and Sanctuary: the guides were incomplete and quite out of date at this point, and it seems unlikely that many people actually *want* to migrate from them to this: all are good libraries serving their users well.
