Add container-version update CI

We need a solid way of following container versions, certainly when #217 hits

Describe the solution you'd like
We want to ensure things stay up-to-date for users, without too much maintenance. Hence we need to setup CI to keep the main app versions up-to-date

Describe alternatives you've considered
Not using CI and have maintainers keep track. But we do not have enough maintainers to do so.

For the chart.yaml version bump we need to wait a little on renovate-upstream:
renovatebot/renovate#8919

Guy seems to be hard at work getting that feature into renovate, which should enable us to bump chart versions accordingly!
