It's normal best practice to fix a image tag to a chart, sadly enough we can not (easily) update the image version with the App updates currently.

IX agreed and has removed the option to select image and tag from their installer for next version of SCALE.
Those are moved to "ix_values.yaml".

Describe the solution you'd like
We should do the same.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Keeping it as-is and documenting users having to manually update the image tags.
However this is going to be support nightmare when users start using image tags and apps versions that are inherently incompatible.

By streamlining the release process of new image tags, we can with CI (see #224 ) at least give some assurance that the combination app+tag stays working

Additional context
This will be put on the to-do-list for next SCALE release, as it would break with current SCALE ALPHA
