The default value should be optimal since about FreeBSD 11.1. Ticket: #73917
Another one bites the dust.
We don't need to additionally increase KVA size and should be fine with default value. Purge previously set values. Ticket: #73917

Don't autotune vm.kmem_size in the future.
Purge past tuning of the tunable by deleting it from the config database.
While in the autotune script, I made a separate small housekeeping commit that would be nice to merge as well.
