Debian: Don't try to unapply patches

This is necessary because the nextspace-application package adds a bunch of files (WMState et al) and patch(1) makes that an interactive decision if those files already exist.

This is not related, but we are curently building RPM packages on SuSE OBS. OBS can build DEB and Arch packages too. I suggest we join our efforts, there is no need to put packaging in Github and we can discuss packaging problems there, and let Sergii concentrate on the code. Our current repo is https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:nick.lindert

Even if debian packages move to OBS, according to https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Build_Service_Debian_builds#Building_standard_Debian_packages it still needs the files generated by the scripts (and therefore a patch like this is helpful to work better).

I'll let @trunkmaster decide on where these things should end up: if he decides that he doesn't want them in his tree, I happily move them elsewhere, but it really is his call.

Nevertheless I hope you will join us on OBS. There is already Gnustep libs and apps packages building effort from Fred Kiefer (gnustep developer). OBS make it easy to share or reuse other's work. Plus we'll benefit each other with our buildings solutions.
