Added section about unicode in domain names. #114

This section didn't exist but deviated from the "unicode everywhere" modern day Internet that I expected that I thought we should add it similarly to what did:web has to explain. Copied almost verbatim.

However, since AIDs and KERI should help deal with many of the issues that make internationalization homograph attacks possible, we may think about including a canonicalization method for unicode domain names and paths to future versions of this specification. Sorry I didn't notice it earlier.
