This section didn't exist but deviated from the "unicode everywhere" modern day Internet that I expected that I thought we should add it similarly to what
did:web
has to explain. Copied almost verbatim.However, since AIDs and KERI should help deal with many of the issues that make internationalization homograph attacks possible, we may think about including a canonicalization method for unicode domain names and paths to future versions of this specification. Sorry I didn't notice it earlier.
