Changes
This changes the GasProfile test to update a file called GasProfile.json.
This also controls for addresses with zero-bytes. Transfer profiles were showing 64-gas variance because of the occasional zero-byte.
This also increases the number of optimization runs beyond 200. There seems to be no current benefit past 20000.
I see a gas cost decrease when increasing runs to 20000 from 10000 but not when increasing beyond 20000.
