@vikmeup says, that feature is gone forever.

But still interested, is there any reason for that? if it's a security reason, I would like to purpose to make a 'advanced' branch with all "blackjack and hookers" included 😉

Use MetaMask for testing and Trust whenever you dapp is ready for production!

So, how to deal with mobile apps in this case?

You can simulate iPhone on the google chrome.

This means Giveth can't recommend Trust Wallet as a mobile app :-( we are bridged to rinkeby for our mainnet deployment.

@GriffGreen please don't recommend mobile apps for testing, utilize MetaMask and simulate mobile enviroments if needed, it's the best tool for web3 development.

Once you are ready to launch your dapp - would be happy to add it to thhe DApp Store!

We are having the same problem and I would love to recommend trust wallet to our users.

I can totally understand the point that the network should not be changed on a main/production mobile wallet, but would it be possible to have a special build that supports a testnet (but then we have the problem which testnet... :/)

anyhow just wanted to add that for us it would be also helpful to have a testnet option to be able to simulate and test the whole flow and all use cases of our apps.
