Changed help center links and shortcuts

Description

Help center had the default links and we needed to update them.

Checklist

• Discord -> PearAI Discord
• Github Issues (this was done already with the link: https://github.com/trypear/pearai-app/issues/new/choose) -> change link to https://github.com/trypear/pearai-app/issues
• Keyboard shortcuts: add CMD+[ with "Enlarge Pear chat" and CMD+: for "Close Pear chat"
• Documentation and demo video can be kept same for now until we make one ourselves

Hey I have some questions:

1. The github link was already changed to https://github.com/trypear/pearai-app/issues/new/choose (not: https://github.com/trypear/pearai-app/issues), but I think I should leave it like this. What do you think?
2. Should I refactor the entire file with eslint or should I leave it like this?
