NHarker core persistence

Implements the functionality necessary to manage catalogues, articles and entries in persistence, storing deleted entities into a temporary trash collection, automatically linking articles by their entries' content and full-text search based on entry content.

Controllers to join these functions together are yet to be implemented, along with a frontend and configurable local storage.
