- Add the ability to include a cover image.
- Add the ability to include images in the finished book formats.
- Add additional themes
- Find fonts to include with book
- Update book.css to fix spacing between back-to-back codeblocks
- Add a plugin that will allow for Leanpub style aside boxes
- Find a way to specify fixed layout in epub format (most likely extending eeepub somehow)
- Add configuration options for print book size (e.g. A4, A5, Letter, etc)
