Extended summary

Hi,
I just recognized that the results of summary are actually %COVERAGE values, instead of %IDENTITY.
In pipeline reports, most users expect the documentation of both values.

Would it be possible to also report %IDENTITY column values in the summary file ?

@MichWeb75 As far as I can tell, both %COVERAGE and %IDENTITY are in the summary file in columns 10 and 11.
