oneCore fix 說明

此附加元件修復 Windows OneCore voices 在部份中文作業系統環境下，無法載入的問題。安裝完成後，在「偏好設定」->「語音合成」內會多出「Windows OneCore voices (fix)」的項目可供選擇。
