The current version implements the probability by establishing that there are N positions available that may become open based on an independent probability and people from a pool w of candidates equally compete.
TODO: Estimate a probability per university or dept and then estimate number of apps to gurantee a high likelihood of finding a job. Including weighted probabilities for different tiers, geographic or otherwise.
