Moved building of Execution Tree UI to the UIBuilder. Added missing file SQLTable.
Added most functionality required by Compare Dialog. Added flag to BuildExecutionTree in UIBuilder that enables/disables the adding of a "Loading..." child item. This items is wanted on main form but not in Compare Dialog. Added Compare Traces menu option/event to Main Form
This change is pretty big and includes the CompareDialog and CompareResult Windows Forms. It also includes changes needed in UIBuilder, ItemExplainer, MainForm, and ExecutionCall to support the Diff capability. Added DiffPlex as a dependency
