User-list and user-info should display users, even if they do not have roles assigned.

If we do not have any configuration to auto-assign a role when create an user, or if we dissociate all his roles, this user becomes hidden from the user list and user-info commands.
This is especially odd when we issue the user-info command, because it shows informations of the user currently logged on, and returns empty even in the e-mail field, when the user has no assigned role.
