I installed nginx proxy manager LXC following the website instructions and it worked all correctly. Reading in the description it says that to update I can either execute a bash command in the Proxmox Shell or just type update on the LXC

To Update Nginx Proxy Manager, run the command below (or type update) in the LXC Console.

Which Linux distribution are you employing?
