Annotation view:

• Change from Link to Predicate (Links are binary predicates between two objects, Predicates are more generic).
• Detect Glyph Box in both 2D and 3D modes.
• Allow users to define relations between events (in the form of Predicate).

Recording view:

• Remove Calibrate button (unused now)
• Remove Glyphbox tracking while recording
