too long to calculate

I'm running the latest tugHall with the attached parameter. It seems some parameters take too long to calculate.
Could you know why it takes too long? The attached file includes Sim_monitoring.txt and cloneout.txt.

I modified source code as follows, because of adding SMAD4 gene.

This issue weren't always reproduced because it might depend random seed,
If you'd like to reproduce this issue, you may have to set the random seed such as 1.
