Personalization of the "Dataset" Tab for SDDI-CKAN Implementation

To indicate that not only data but also many other information are stored in the catalog, it should be changed the "Dataset" tab to "Information Resources" (EN) or "Informationsressourcen" (DE).

It should be changed in the following places:

• in main toolbar (see Figure 1)
• Search Tab (see Figure 1, Figure 2)
• https://SDDI-KATALOG/dataset/ on the section where you can see how many "Information Resources" are found (see Figure 2)
• The "Add Dataset" button (see Figure 1)
• https://SDDI-KATALOG/organization/technische-universitat-munchen "Add Dataset" button when accessing catalog via organization page (see Figure 2)
• when the "Information Resources" view is opened, it possible to see "Dataset" tab (see Figure 3)

The CKAN logic and URL when accessing records shouldn't be changed. Just the text in the user interface should be personalized.
