photopost is not working properly, How should i PhotopostType as base64 string.? Help needed.

I am using Android studio.

Trying to use jumblr integration for posting image to Tumblr blog.
Getting error when I call method
As photopost.save ();
Unable to understand how should I mention I am using image as base64 string.
Not able to "SET" PhotopostType as base64 string.
how should I mention image is base64.
