This PR adds an integration to TurboETH for SpruceKit. SpruceKit is a suite of software libraries including SIWE, SSX, Kepler, Rebase and more. This PR adds support for SSX, which enables user storage of data tied to Ethereum keys, as well as retrieving credentials stored in their Kepler orbit.
