  • Only enable progressBar in browsers that support classList
  • Style the body element, not html -- fixes a severe bug in older browsers

Closes #426.

Don't mean to bother y'all on the weekend, but since the progress bar is in the docs and not marked as "alpha" or anything, this might be considered a severe bug.
