Will partial queries across a multi column key go to get or list?

If I have a table with two columns e.g. KeyColumns: plugin.AllColumns([]string{"name", "last_name"}),

and someone performs a query like

select * from my_table where name = 'fred';

Will steampipe invoke the List or the Get function? or in other words, do I need to handle conditions where only a partial key is provided in the Get function?

If the Get config specifies multiple AllColumns entries, and they are not ALL provided (as above - only name is provided, not full_name), Steampipe will invoke the List function.

If on the other hand the Get config specified:

KeyColumns: plugin.AnyColumn([]string{"name", "last_name"}),

then a Get call would be invoked if either name or last_name was passed
