If elasticsearch is enabled, will grafana still write dashboard config to influxdb? |

You are right. I added INFLUXDB_IS_GRAFANADB with default as false. So it's backward compatible. Explanation section added to readme for special case. |

This way when grafana used with influxDB (and no elastixsearch),
grafana is still able to save dashboard
